Returns and Refund Policy

Overview
Thank you for shopping at Spotlight Trading LLC. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns of our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices and procedures, which apply to all countries that we ship to.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except in cases where the item was damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered. The restocking fee does not apply to any shipping fees paid.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it— unused, with tags, and in its original product packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will need to pay for your own return shipping label. For International Orders, you will need to also pay for any custom taxes or duties.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept requests for exchanges. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted. For more information on initiating a return, refer to the Return Policy section above.
Change of Mind Orders
If you’ve place an order and changed your mind, please note that we do not allow order cancellations or exchanging of products. The only way to cancel your order will be to initiate a return. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy section above.
Damaged and Faulty Products
If your item was damaged during shipping or has a problem from the factory, you can return it. The 30% restocking fee does not apply for these return requests.
In order to process a return for your damaged or defective products, please send us photos and videos of the damaged or defective product. We will process the evidence and reply to you within 3 to 5 business days.
If the product is found to be damaged or defective as a result of the end-user, the return will not be accepted.
All damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be accepted. Return requests made after 14 days of receiving your order will be rejected.
Wrongly Delivered Products
If you received a different product from what you ordered, you can return your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
To process a wrongly-delivered order, please contact us please contact us at mail@thespotlightstore.com. Our team will give you instructions for returning the wrong product and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
All wrongly delivered products must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be accepted. Requests made after 14 days of receiving your order will be rejected.
Order Never Arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, first check the tracking number we emailed you. If the tracking shows that your package is marked as delivered or is missing, please contact us right away. We will look into the issue and help you resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before making a purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
For return requests that have been accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
