Thank you for shopping at Spotlight Trading LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next working day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are for reference only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using shipping services:

  • Overnight shipping takes 1 business day, and costs an additional $60.
  • Express shipping takes 1-2 business days, and costs an additional $18.
  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and is free of charge.

We use the following carriers for our shipping:

  • DHL Express
  • USPS

You may select the appropriate shipping service and carrier during order checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship orders internationally to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore

For international shipping, we use the following carriers for our shipping:

  • DHL Express: Worldwide Shipping
  • USPS: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International

All rates and transit times are stated upon checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track the delivery status of your order by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

You may also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and reviewing your orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Spotlight Trading LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not accept returns or refunds as a result of not paying the respective customs, duties or taxes applied to your order.

For international orders, please check with your respective tax and customs agencies if any fees, customs or taxes are applied to your order.

Damages

Spotlight Trading LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages
